Do you have experience of working within a variety of Physiotherapy settings?

We are looking for a part-time physiotherapist to join our client’s palliative team in Leeds.

What you’ll do

No day is the same. Working on the inpatient unit provides a unique opportunity caring for patients with such a variety of conditions and symptoms. If you’d like to develop your knowledge of many different conditions and the impact this has on patients and their families a role in palliative care this role is for you.

Every day, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside Nurses, occupational therapists, complementary therapists, family support team, spiritual support and palliative care consultants, learning new skills and sharing and gaining knowledge.

The successful applicant will play an active role within a multi disaplinary team. It’s all about giving patients the best possible quality of life. The support offered is tailored to meet individuals’ medical, social, spiritual and emotional needs.

What we’re looking for

The successful applicants will have experience of working within a variety of settings. Palliative care, Neuro, accute strokes, oncology experience is desirable but not essential.

You will also need to:

• Diploma/BSc Physiotherapy
• Current and Valid HCPC
• UK Experience
• CSP registration
