    We have an exciting opportunity to work within MSK Physiotherapy Services as a first contact practitioner based in Nottinghamshire.

    Working within primary care you will support the community of Nottinghamshire , you will provide care, therapeutic and rehabilitation pathways for those affected by acute and chronic injuries. Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in these areas of physiotherapy before, we welcome you with an extensive training and development programme to help grow and broaden your specialities.

    What you’ll do

    You will be working for an established, rapidly growing and flexible company with a unique approach to the delivery of physio care. This part-time to full-time physio job in Nottingham mainly involves working with MSK conditions, sports injury, rehabilitation and pain management. There is always an opportunity for you to grow, with a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles in sport & leisure, the NHS, and corporate occupational health.

    • Undertake comprehensive triages and management of common and complex MSK conditions at first presentation in primary care
    • Undertake physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic injuries
    • Practise advanced clinical reasoning skills to form accurate diagnoses and provide management plans to include further investigations, lifestyle and rehabilitation advice.
    • Complete referrals to secondary care, physiotherapy and other members of the MDT
    • Provide effective and professional advice
    • Ensure records on all individuals treated are kept up to date

    You will also need to:

    • Hold a valid HCPC registration and CSP membership
    • Have effective communication and relationship-building skills
    • Have a passion for Physiotherapy and its benefits
    • BSc in Physiotherapy
    • Three years experience as a qualified Physiotherapist
    • This role is subject to a DBS.
